The UB School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) strives to create more effective leaders and organizations by advancing research and teaching in leadership and its impact on organizational effectiveness.
Our faculty work closely with our organizational partners to provide thought leadership on current and emerging issues in the research and practice of organizational leadership and innovation. They produce top-quality research, help attract and retain the most accomplished and promising researchers in the field, foster research-practice collaborations with dynamic industries in the region and beyond, and provide educational programs and opportunities for students at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
CLOE also supports UB 2020’s goals of accelerating academic excellence, translating scholarship and developing leadership capabilities in UB students and business leaders.
