Ghosen leads school-wide public and media relations efforts and provides strategic oversight for digital and print communications, all with the goal of advancing the school’s reputation. She is also senior editor of Buffalo Business, the school’s alumni magazine. Since joining the school in 1995, her achievements have earned her the prestigious SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Professional Service. Active in the Public Relations Society of America, Ghosen has served in numerous leadership roles in the Buffalo Niagara Chapter. She and her team have been recognized for the quality of their work with more than 60 awards from PRSA, SUNYCUAD and CASE. She holds an MBA from the UB School of Management, a BS in business from Medaille College, and is accredited in public relations. She enjoys cycling, skiing, reading and learning to play the ukelele.

Kevin Manne, APR.

Kevin Manne joined the UB School of Management as assistant director of communications in 2012. He has earned an MBA from the UB School of Management, a bachelor’s in public communication from SUNY Buffalo State and is accredited in public relations. Manne served on the Public Relations Society of America’s Buffalo Niagara chapter board of directors for seven years, including a term as chapter president in 2016. When he’s not in the office, he can often be found tinkering with technology, watching baseball or spending time with his wife, son and rescue dog.

Matthew Biddle.

Matt Biddle joined the UB School of Management in 2014 as assistant director of communications. He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ithaca College with minors in history and politics, and is currently enrolled in the School of Management's Professional MBA program. Matt serves on the board of directors for PRSA Buffalo Niagara and, in his free time, enjoys reading, running, and spending time with family and friends.
