Technology Equipped Classrooms

Jacobs 110, 112, 122, 320 and Alfiero 102, 103, 104 are available for use by students and student clubs when there are no classes scheduled.

Student Policy for Use of Technology Equipped Classrooms

The use of the school classrooms is limited to the following:

  • Students practicing class presentations.
  • School of Management student clubs holding their meetings, professional activities associated with the student club, or speakers presenting to the student club.

Following are the procedures for reserving one of the classrooms:

  • All reservations must be made in 118 Jacobs Management Center or by calling 716-645-3210. If you have not reserved the room you cannot use it.
  • Any other conference rooms or equipment must be reserved prior to use.
  • If you have reserved the room for an evening or over the weekend, you must see the Jacobs Computer Lab's consultant in Jacobs 210 to get into the room and to have the podium opened. Please notify the consultant when you are finished so that he/she can make sure that the podium and room are securely locked. These rooms MUST be locked when the lab closes for the evening. Please see the lab hours to make sure you know when you will have to leave the rooms.

Note that the Lab consultants are not authorized to let you use a room if you have not reserved it. The reason for this is so that we can have the highest possible level of accountability.

If you have any questions at all about this policy, please contact David Costello in 131 Jacobs Management Center at 716-645-3210.
