Solidify your understanding of internships and prepare your organization for an intern well before recruiting. Companies that take the initiative to develop well-constructed internship positions have better success with recruitiment and retention. Students operate on a specific calendar and are not always available on an "as needed" basis. Mark your calendars now and create corresponding reminders so that your internship is posted with plenty of time to recruit.
Recruiting period: July 1 – September 1
Interns start early September
