How it works.

Round table discussions are professionally facilitated for two hours each month, providing the opportunity for each participant to talk through current challenges and goals for the upcoming month. Essentially, your peers act as your advisory board. Receive follow up accountability noes between sessions, along with helpful resources based on discussions held. For an added bonus, attend quarterly chalk talks and strategic planning sessions.

What's the commitment?

  • Two hours per month
  • $100 per month

Candidates may choose to exit the program at any time with 60 days written notice.

When and where?

The third Thursday of every month.

8-10 a.m. or 3-5 p.m.

Sessions are held in conference room 201Q at the CEL office.
