Tom Ulbrich
Assistant Dean/Executive Director

Tom provides strategic oversight of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) and works to advance the center's mission of invigorating the Western New York economy and community through entrepreneurial development. View profile.

Alex Cleary Pelc
Senior Program Coordinator

Alex’s primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day operations of the Allstate Minority and Women Emerging Entrepreneurs program and the Panasci Technology Entrepreneurship Competition. She also is the primary contact for communication between participants and the center.

Jenilyn Kramer
Senior Program Coordinator

Jenilyn’s primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day operations of the Startup CEL, Family Business and High-Tech CEL programs. As the coordinator of these programs, she serves as the primary contact for communication between participants and the center.

Erin McGee
Assistant Director


Erin's primary responsibility is establishing business relationships in the community. She serves as the liaison between the CEL and prospective participants who are interested in the CEL programs.

Jenna Roessler
Operations and Administrative Coordinator

Jenna’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee logistical aspects of the CEL programs. She also administers office procedures to support the daily operations of the CEL and the CEL Alumni Association.

Rachel Stern, JD/MBA 2017
Student Engagement Coordinator

Rachel's primary responsibility is recruiting students to turn their research and ideas into businesses. She helps connect students from different disciplines to participate in the eLab winter course and Panasci Technology Entrepreneurship Competition.
