Meet our Staff

 Tom Ulbrich Tom Ulbrich
Director

As Director for the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), Tom has primary responsibility for the administrative operation of CEL's Core program. Tom is also responsible for identifying new opportunities for entrepreneurial training that will enhance the WNY business community and its link to the School of Management/University at Buffalo.
 

Linda Anderson
Administrative Assistant

Linda is the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director at the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) and is responsible for general management of the office as well as all administrative tasks for CEL Programs. She also provides administrative support to the CEL Alumni Association. 
 

Alex Cleary
Program Coordinator

Alex’s primary responsibility is managing the day to day operations of the Allstate Minority & Women Emerging Entrepreneurs Program and the Panasci Technology Entrepreneurship Competition. As the Coordinator for these programs, she also acts as the primary contact for communication between participants and the center.
 
 

Erin McGee
Associate Director


As Business Development Coordinator for the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), Erin has the primary responsibility of working to establish business relationships in the community. In her role, she is responsible to work as the liaison between the CEL and interested participants in the CEL programs.
 

Mary Nicoletti

Senior Program Coordinator

Mary’s primary responsibility is managing the day to day operations of the High-Tech CEL program and the Becoming a Leader in the Life Sciences program. As the coordinator of these programs, she also acts as the primary contact for communication between participants and the Center.
