Assistant Dean of Executive Education
As assistant dean, Courtney oversees everything in the Center for Executive Development. You can also find her teaching the "Emotional Intelligence" course for EMBA students. The best way to reach her is email — day or night.
Melissa A. Falgiano
Melissa manages Executive and Professional MBA student advisement, registration and many program operational items to ensure excellence in student services.
Assistant Director for Recruitment and Marketing
With almost 10 years of marketing experience, Katie promotes the Executive and Professional MBA programs and helps prospective students find the program that is right for them. As a PMBA graduate herself, she is happy to share her experience and knowledge to help you become a more informed applicant and student, so someday you can join our list of successful graduates.
Coordinator of Student Initiatives
Cindy takes care of all correspondence, meetings and event planning for the Center for Executive Development and the assistant dean in particular. Call her with questions regarding payments, RSVPs or program inquiries. She's always here to help.
Recruitment and Admissions Advisor
Mark joins the Executive and Professional MBA staff with an experienced background in higher education. As you move through the application process, Mark is available to meet in person or talk over the phone to answer any questions you may have. If you're interested in visiting a PMBA class or joining us for EMBA Preview Day, he will set that up for you.
On the non-credit side, Maggie coordinates and implements Executive Education Certificate Programs. On the credit-side, she orders all materials for the EMBA and PMBA programs. She maintains the Center for Executive Development portion of the website. She continually provides long-term programming and overall customer satisfaction to national and international clients. With an excellent eye for detail, Maggie is an integral part of the CED.
Jamie Anne O'Donnell
Business Development Coordinator
Jamie focuses on building corporate partnerships for customized training and open enrollment program sales in the CED. She has extensive national and international experience in business development and a bachelor’s from Buffalo State. A Buffalo native, she recently returned home after living in Italy for 20 years.
