MBA Program Ambassadors

The School of Management MBA Ambassadors are a volunteer group of first-year and second-year MBA students.

These student ambassadors assist with the recruiting efforts for the full-time MBA program. Some recruitment activities include lunch with prospective students during the MBA for a Day program, leading campus tours and calling prospective students during the application process.

As ambassadors, you will accomplish the following:

  • Gain leadership and communication experience
  • Share your knowledge about the MBA program with prospective MBA students
  • Build strong school spirit within the MBA community
  • Strengthen the external community awareness of the MBA program
  • Engage in networking opportunities with community members

The Ambassador program is a unique membership that includes many different opportunities for personal growth. Whatever your level of participation, your willingness to help is greatly appreciated.

What participants are saying about the UB MBA Ambassador program...

"I loved meeting the prospective students and I think they really appreciated hearing about our experiences. Anything we can do to make the MBA community more inviting is well worth it."

Alex Nelson

"I am so glad I was a part of the MBA Ambassador program because I knew how important it was to get honest insight and opinions from students that are currently going through the program. All the prospective students I met with seemed to be genuinely interested in what I had to say about my experience."
