Smart Business Practices Seminar - Understanding Financial Statements: The Basics - June 5, 2013

Back by popular demand, this seminar is specifically targeted toward a non-financial audience. It is relevant for managers, small business owners, non-profit organizations and all those who wish to learn about the basics of a company's financial statements and how to interpret them for everyday use.

Annual School of Management Alumni Association "Critics' Choice" Wine Tasting - June 20, 2013

This is one of the School of Management Alumni Association's most popular events. Join fellow alumni and friends as Mark Notarius, MBA '01, owner of Premium Wine & Spirits, hosts a wine tasting and food pairing event featuring highly rated wine selections.  This event will take place in the Lafayette Hotel - The Greenhouse Room.

Annual School of Management Alumni Association Golf Outing - July 15, 2013

A highlight of the School of Management Alumni Association's social events, the golf outing, sponsored by Phillips Lytle, is held at Westwood Country Club in Amherst, N.Y. The School of Management and UB Alumni Associations invite all UB alumni to the annual Global Alumni Networking Night. Annual Awards Banquet - Fall 2013

This is the School of Management Alumni Association’s most celebrated event and features the presentation of the "Buffalo Niagara Executive of the Year" award. In addition, School of Management alumni and faculty are honored for achievements in entrepreneurship, industry leadership, service to the community, service to the school and alumni engagement. More than 400 business executives attend, allowing for significant networking opportunities.
 

Network New York - January 2014

The Career Resource Center and School of Management Alumni Association partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers to bring together professionals from a variety of career fields within New York City and surrounding areas to network with students interested in working/interning in NYC. This event is an opportunity to see old friends, network with fellow alums and also help students from your alma mater learn about your career path and company. 

Annual School of Management Alumni Association Meeting/Dinner - January 2014

Join us at the annual meeting of the School of Management Alumni Association, held in conjunction with MBA Advantage. Network with fellow School of Management alumni and first year MBA's at a reception and dinner. This event is held at the Center for Tomorrow on the UB Amherst Campus.
