    The Buffalo Niagara Partnership and School of Management's Jim Lemoine, associate professor of organization and human resources, and Erin O'Brien, assistant dean and chief enrollment and marketing officer, present a virtual discussion and Q&A that will cover:

    • 3 Reasons people stay with employers
    • How job satisfactions plays a role, and what does that mean, anyway?
