Background

Stephanie Argentine is a lawyer, angel investor and NACD Fellow currently serving as chief people officer of Centivo. There, she serves on the executive leadership team and leads the design and development of Centivo’s people and organization processes, including culture, DEI, performance management, engagement, top talent identification and development, leadership, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits. She also serves on the board of directors of Allied Mineral Products, an ESOP structured private global refractory products company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.  

As executive in residence for the School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE), Argentine brings the depth and breadth of her practitioner experience to CLOE direction and projects. In keeping with the mission of CLOE, she blends academic and practitioner perspectives to help create more effective leaders and organizations.
