Everything you need to get started creating engaging social videos is in your smartphone, you just need to know how to use it. This hands-on workshop will guide you through best practices to plan, record, edit and share engaging social video content using your smartphone. You will leave this workshop with completed videos ready to share.

Solve Your Inventory Problems

Tuesdays - June 1, 8, 15 and 22, from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Is your inventory management helping or hindering your profitability?  This four-week workshop will teach you to identify, evaluate and right-size your inventory.  In this hands-on and focused workshop, you will learn the eight deadly wastes inherent in processes, understand how excess inventory negatively impacts operations, analyze and re-establish target inventory levels for your key items, plan/pilot a pull system, and measure your inventory accuracy.

Successful Onboarding and Training

Thursdays - June 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 2-4 p.m.
This four-week workshop will help you develop a successful employee onboarding/training program. You’ll explore the short- and long-term benefits of employee onboarding, and walk away with a 90-day, at-a-glance training calendar, weekly training checklists, and a roadmap of the knowledge, skills, and experiences that will help a new employee succeed in their role and in your organization. Although this workshop is geared toward onboarding new employees (or new-to-role employees), the methodology can be applied to develop training for most job roles.
