Assistantships

Graduate, teaching and research assistantships are offered each year in a competitive process to highly qualified PhD students. Although responsibilities vary by assignment, assistants generally work 20 hours per week. Graduate and teaching assistants receive a stipend, plus a full or partial tuition scholarship. 

  • All full-time, funded PhD students on 12-month academic TA/RA/GA appointments receive a $30,000 per year stipends. 
  • Tuition scholarship for 9 credits at the current graduate tuition rate for the fall and spring semesters.
  • Broad based University fee coverage
  • If eligible, Student Employee Health Insurance.

Additional monetary assistance is provided through dissertation, research, conference, travel and other support offered by the School of Management.
