Courses in the quantitative finance track provide detailed knowledge of the policies, principles and techniques used in the financial decisions made by professionals in corporations, financial institutions, securities firms, and pension and mutual fund organizations. The program offers admission in the fall only and consists of 36 credit hours over three semesters.
*Pending approval, international students seeking internship participation are eligible only after successful completion of the first year of the program (two full semesters) due to work authorization requirements. Additionally, a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. The School of Management is not able to guarantee MS finance internship placements, therefore students need to seek opportunities in their own networks and contact the Office of Internships and Experiential Learning for approval.
