Diversity is an asset in the C-suite. Be part of a business school that represents the real world.

The UB MBA Community: Multidimensional Diversity

During your UB MBA experience, the people you meet will become part of your community and your network, supporting you in your post-MBA career aspirations. We welcome under-represented minorities (URM) and diversity across all dimensions.

Employers want highly functioning teams with the widest possible range of perspectives. Our ability to attract students from different backgrounds and countries, and send them out with the common language of business, commitment to teamwork and understanding of management and leadership, will be instrumental in your career success.

As a promoter of diversity in the workplace, we are proud of UB’s rich reputation, and our experiential action learning and diverse cohort will benefit you as you prepare for a career anywhere around the world.
