The 2015 School of Management graduate and undergraduate student commencement ceremonies will take place at Alumni Arena (North Campus). There will be two ceremonies: one for graduate students and one for undergraduate students. The graduate ceremony is at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 15, and is expected to conclude approximately at 6:45 p.m. Prospective graduates of the graduate programs must arrive at the Edward Wright Practice Facility (EWPF) on the ground floor of Alumni Arena at 3:30 p.m. The undergraduate ceremony is at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, and is expected to conclude approximately at 11 a.m. Prospective graduates from the undergraduate program must arrive at the Edward Wright Practice Facility (EWPF) on the ground floor of Alumni Arena at 7:30 a.m.
All prospective graduates seeking to attend the graduate or undergraduate commencement ceremony must register for the ceremony online. Applying for graduation (degree) via the HUB system is not registering for the commencement ceremony. You can register by clicking here. Near the end of February 2015, all students eligible to participate in the commencement exercises will be sent information regarding the ceremony and instructed to register via an online form if they wish to attend. It is imperative that students wishing to attend either ceremony register. If you do not register you will not be eligible to participate in the ceremony. To ensure prospective graduates are seated and then recognized in alphabetical sequence by degree, registration for the ceremonies must be completed by April 10, 2015.
Students who have completed all degree requirements (including the timely application for degree via the HUB system) for graduation after the 2014 summer session (September 2014) or after the 2014 fall semester (February 2015) or are tentatively scheduled to do so after the 2015 spring semester (June 2015) are eligible to participate in either School of Management commencement ceremony (the graduate ceremony on Friday, May 15, 2015 or the undergraduate ceremony on Saturday, May 16).
If you are not officially graduating in September 2014, February 2015 or June 2015 your name will not appear in the printed May 2015 commencement program, however, you still may participate in a School of Management commencement ceremony. Registration is required to participate in either ceremony. Online registration will be available via the School of Management website starting January 2015. If you do not register you will not be eligible to participate in the ceremony.
