Upper-division School of Management students volunteer as mentors and offer to share their experiences and perspectives with new students. Mentors can offer information on School of Management and university resources, services and events. Students are assigned to mentors based upon learning community registration. Goal StatementTo involve upper-level management students in the enhancement of the freshman experience in the School of Management by assisting with their adjustment to the university, increasing their involvement in School of Management activities and serving as a resource person during their first year.
