Meet the Graduate Programs Staff

To really get to know our MBA program and the people associated with it, there's nothing like a campus visit. We welcome the opportunity to meet with prospective students, and encourage you to call our office to schedule a visit with our staff. To schedule your personalized visit, please call the Graduate Programs Office at 716-645-3204. We ask that you give us two weeks’ advance notice of your desired visit date so that we can coordinate a complete agenda for you.

Once you have chosen one of our graduate programs, we look forward to working with you to accomplish your academic goals. You will receive personalized advisement and can take advantage of the many co-curricular opportunities developed with you in mind.

Jaimie Falzarano
Associate Director

Hello. My name is Jaimie Falzarano and I am the associate director for full-time graduate programs. In addition to general program administration duties it is my job to make sure that all students receive personalized attention and service throughout their time in our programs. I take lead responsibility for our MBA Advantage and Corporate Champions programs. I also work directly with PhD prospects to assist them in the admissions process and current PhD students as their primary contact.

Julie Farrell
Assistant Director of Academic Services

"I am the academic advisor for the Management Information Systems and Supply Chains and Operations Management programs and help coordinate events run by the Graduate Programs Office. Events include case competitions, Country Forums, Conversations with Executives, speaker series, etc. I also coordinate School of Management Graduation ceremonies.  I look forward to working with our great MS and MBA students."

Meghan Felser
Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing

“I’m Meghan Felser and I am the Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing. In addition to marketing our MBA and MS programs, it is my role to make sure that all inquiries and applicants receive personalized attention and service throughout the admissions process. I am also responsible for handling MS in Supply Chains and Management Information Systems applicants and MBA applicants from the following areas: Rochester, Albany, Northern New York and Western New York (last names beginning with L-Z); Eastern Pennsylvania; Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, the U.S. Midwest and West Coast,; Europe (including UK), India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Central Asia, and South America.

I look forward to working with you throughout the admissions process. I encourage you to come for a campus visit and experience the University at Buffalo community."

"I am the MS Accounting program academic advisor and assist students with course selection, scheduling and graduation certification. I also coordinate our leadership program called LeaderCORETM, and support several School of Management events throughout the year.
