As a UB MBA, you'll participate in the Corporate Champions program, a unique opportunity that will help you become more involved in business and the community as you gain a real-world perspective on what you learn in your classes. Corporate Champions are representatives from the Western New York business community who partner with the School of Management for a full semester to provide a learning lab environment and access to senior leadership to a team of first-semester MBA students. View a Corporate Champions 2012 celebration here.
Throughout your first semester, Corporate Champions work with you in a series of activities, including MBA Advantage, a Learning Lab Experience (that incorporates three core courses), a company site visit, a community service activity and an end-of-semester reception. These distinctive interactions allow you to build relationships that will assist you with your career for years to come.

"The Corporate Champions program is a definite asset to the MBA program. The best part for me was simply the opportunity to work with another corporation. Although I have many years of work experience, most of those years have been spent with relatively few organizations. It is invaluable to experience as many corporate cultures and industries as possible."
