Corporate Champions are representatives from the Western New York business community who partner with teams of first-year MBA students to help strengthen students' understanding of the world of business and their connection to it. Throughout your first semester, Corporate Champions work with you in a series of activities, including MBA Advantage, a Learning Lab Experience (that incorporates three core courses), a company site visit, a community service activity and an end-of-semester reception. These distinctive interactions allow you to build relationships that will assist you with your career for years to come. Jo Zubek Corporate Champion
"We were excited for the opportunity to meet these students, as they are potential future associates for Rich's. It also gave us the opportunity to showcase why Rich's is a great place to work in Buffalo." Erika Marabella UB MBA Student"The Corporate Champions program is a definite asset to the MBA program. The best part for me was simply the opportunity to work with another corporation. Although I have many years of work experience, most of those years have been spent with relatively few organizations. It is invaluable to experience as many corporate cultures and industries as possible."
