Background

Ciccia is an Adjunct Instructor in the Executive and Professional MBA programs for the School of Management. He teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Cross Cultural Issues in Business, and Leadership & Motivation.

He has over twenty years of experience working in and consulting for businesses, not for profits and academic institutions throughout the United States and Canada. He is the President and Principal Consultant for Illuminare Group, a Leadership Education and Organizational Development Consulting Group.

Prior positions include serving as the Chief Learning Officer for a major healthcare organization in Western New York, and the Manager of Learning & Development for a financial services company. In 1997, Ciccia was the creator and first Director of the Leadership Development Center at the University at Buffalo.

Ciccia is certified in DiSC, MBTI , and DDI Workshop Facilitation, and a past participant of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Development Program. He is also a member of Leadership Buffalo, class of 2000.
