Whether you travel the world to do business, manufacture products that are sold internationally, or compete with companies on a global scale, the UB EMBA program is the one for you. That’s because we have partnered with many countries in the past, were the first American school to offer an MBA in China and currently have an Executive MBA program in Singapore. We draw from these long-standing relationships throughout the world to teach you global strategies and prepare you for the demanding challenges of the global business market. And our world-class professors, experts in many different fields and industries, will bring you practical global perspectives on doing business with different cultures and changing economies.
- The one-week international residency takes place in the fourth semester of the EMBA program, and is an important part of the International Business course. This distinctive feature of the Executive MBA program includes plant tours and interviews with company officials and takes students to countries in which many of the program's sponsoring organizations do business.
- The residency is required for EMBA program participants. The cost of the residency is included in the total program fee and includes in-country airfare, ground transportation, lodging, course materials and some meals. The cost of the flight to and from the international residency location is not included in the total program fee, and is each student's responsibility.
