During the 2011-12 academic year, more than 130 high school teachers used MoneySKILL®. They and their principals were invited to attend the MoneySKILL Teacher Recognition Reception in June. This event, hosted by the UB School of Management and M&T Bank, acknowledges those teachers for their commitment to our youth and for their success with MoneySKILL.
In June 2011, Business First published its "Guide to Western New York Schools". A list of Western New York high schools who improved the financial literacy of students by bringing MoneySKILL to their classroom in the 2010-11 academic year was published in the high school section of this guide.
