Meet our Staff

Carrie Gardner
Administrative Director  

Carrie is responsible for overall direction of the internship office, ranging from traditional internships to special projects. She regularly assists employers and students in developing and obtaining internships, screens all internships posted with the Career Resource Center, and determines final grades for student interns. Carrie is available for employer training programs regarding supervision and mentoring of interns.

Mary Dahl
Program Assistant

Mary is the first point-of-contact for the internship office, working with students and employers alike to help them understand our administrative process. She completes academic registrations, work authorization requests for international students, and assists with the evaluation of academic assignments submitted by all undergraduate and graduate level students earning academic credit for internship participation.

Martha Salzman

Adjunct Assistant Professor, Department of Accounting and Law

Martha is responsible for final approval of all internship placements as well as key decision making on policy regarding program operations. She serves as Chair of the faculty internship committee.
