Meet our Staff

Carrie Gardner
Administrative Director  

Carrie is responsible for overall direction of the internship program. She meets with students seeking credit for participation in internships, works with employers setting up internship programs, screens all internships posted with the Career Resource Center for credit eligibility and submits academic grades for all student interns. Carrie is available for employer training programs regarding mentoring and internships.

Mary Dahl
Program Assistant

Mary is the first point-of-contact for the internship office, working with students and employers alike to help them understand and participate in the Credit-Bearing Internship Program. She also assists with decisions regarding internship sites and assists with review and evaluation of academic assignments submitted by student interns.
 
Martha Salzman

Martha Salzman
Faculty Director 
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Department of Accounting and Law

Martha is responsible for final approval of all internship placements as well as key decision making on policy regarding program operations. She serves as Chair of the faculty internship committee.
