The Department of Organization and Human Resources in the UB School of Management focuses on workforce management, consulting and organizational behavior and administration.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Concentration in Human Resources Management

An undergraduate concentration in human resources management is designed to prepare students for careers in human resources management and industrial relations. Classroom knowledge can be complemented with an internship to gain experience in these fields.
