Carrie guides the development and delivery of student and employer services for Internships and Experiential Learning within the School of Management. She assists employers across a wide range of industries in creating and promoting internships, and is available for on-site training programs regarding effective supervision and mentoring of student interns. Carrie reviews all internships posted in the BizLink recruiting system; advises graduate students on internship search strategies; and determines final grades for all students earning academic credit for internship participation. Carrie is a member of the Career Resource Center's graduate team, and serves on the SUNY Works Committee, part of UB's Experiential Learning Consortium. Carrie's prior experience includes serving as director of internships at a big ten university as well as serving as a senior consultant with a global organizational development and outplacement firm.
Annie’s role on the Internship and Experiential Learning team focuses on the undergraduate student population. She assists students with the internship search, application process, and is available to answer questions regarding BizLink, academic registrations and the work authorization process (for international students). Annie works with employers to develop substantial and meaningful internship opportunities for undergraduate students. Annie also works with the undergraduate programming team to plan and implement events related to experiential learning. Additionally, Annie serves on UB’s Say Yes Committee, and coordinates the application and review process for the School of Management scholarship awards regarding internship funding for students.
Caitlin contributes to both the internship and undergraduate services teams. She serves as lead instructor for Part I of our undergraduate Career Connections course, which is designed to assist students in developing a career plan that aligns with their strengths and career interests. In addition, she coordinates experiential learning opportunities focused on career exploration and professional development for our undergraduate students. These opportunities are available through our Career Passport program, which includes our career courses, as well as myriad networking events, conferences, workshops and case competitions. Caitlin also founded our highly successful Management Volunteer Program, which connects students to service learning opportunities throughout Western New York.

Martha is responsible for final approval of all internship placements as well as the review of policies regarding updates in program operations. She serves as Chair of the faculty internship committee.
Michael Dubin is a first-year MBA candidate concentrating his studies in Healthcare Management. Having earned his undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo School of Management, he is excited to share his personal experiences and perspectives to current management students. Michael has been active outside the classroom as the current Vice President of the Healthcare Management Club and a Campus Ambassador for a non-for-profit called Gift of Life. Michael believes that the Career Resource Center provides the tools and resources needed to be a successful student inside and outside the classroom.
