Alfiero Center Team Breakout Rooms

The team breakout rooms are available for School of Management students for group and/or cohort work.

Who can use these rooms

Team breakout rooms are for current School of Management students only
Team breakout rooms are for group work and cohort meetings. They are not for School of Management student club meetings
Team breakout rooms are not for faculty or staff meetings

** These rooms are for GROUP work. Groups are 2 or more students in a room. Individuals may NOT use them as personal study rooms

You can only schedule the team breakout rooms 1 month ahead of time
Team breakout rooms are usable during the hours that the Jacobs Lab is open. Please check the lab schedule for hours and special closings
You can only schedule the rooms for a period of 3 hours
You cannot exceed more than 6 hours per 24-hour period

You must be scheduled in a room in order to gain entrance to the room
See the consultant in the Jacobs Computer Lab to gain entrance to your scheduled room. Please present your printed confirmation
There is no food or drinks in the team breakout rooms
Team breakout room doors can not be propped open. When your group is done you must close the door and the lab consultant will let the next group in
You must leave the rooms in good/clean condition. All trash must be thrown out and the white board needs to be clean
