As Director for the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), Tom has primary responsibility for the administrative operation of CEL's Core program. Tom is also responsible for identifying new opportunities for entrepreneurial training that will enhance the WNY business community and its link to the School of Management/University at Buffalo.

Janine is responsible for the coordination of the Allstate Minority and Women Emerging Entrepreneurs Program in addition to the Henry A. Panasci Jr. Technology Entrepreneurship Competition.
Patricia Milbrand Program Assistant

Pat assists with overall functions of the CEL department and programs by providing and coordinating administrative and program services to the department. Pat is the contact person for Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Alumni Association (CELAA), including disseminating all CELAA correspondence; event planning, maintaining CELAA website, and billing and payment collection for all CELAA activities and alumni membership.
