Gwen S. Appelbaum
Assistant Dean and Director
As assistant dean, Gwen leads the Frank L. Ciminelli Family Career Resource Center both strategically and operationally. She oversees planning related to graduate and undergraduate programming and services. Additionally, she utilizes her extensive corporate experience in building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, including students, employers, alumni, faculty and staff.

Michael A. Paolini
Senior Associate Director
Mike oversees the educational initiatives and career preparation services of the CRC and teaches the undergraduate career planning course. He works with students, employers and alumni in the areas of Accounting and Internal Audit.

Pamela J. Krakowiak
Associate Director
Pam coordinates the data collection process of all employment statistics and works closely with the director in responding to surveys from varous ranking organizations. She also manages the website and marketing communications for the office. She works most closely with students, employers and alumni in the areas of Marketing and Human Resources/Workforce Management.

Caitlin Logue
Undergraduate Program Manager
Caitlin is responsible for creating and coordinating career-related workshops, seminars and programming for all undergraduate students. She also develops and implements advisement strategies including group advisement sessions and one-on-one appointments.

Melissa Ruggiero
Associate Director
Melissa coordinates a diverse range of CRC events each year to address the career and hiring needs of our various stakeholders. In addition, she works with students, employers and alumni in the areas of Finance, Global Services and Supply Management, Management Information Systems, Information Assurance and Supply Chains and Operations Management.

Christopher Salem
Undergraduate Advisement Associate
Chris works primarily with undergraduate students with a focus on assisting School of Management students with concentration decisions. In addition, he is the CRC student club liaision and works closely with all the student leaders.

Daniel Wolfe
Employer Relations Manager
Dan develops new partnerships and fosters current relationships with businesses and business leaders to maximize the scope of School of Management’s recruiting engagement.

Rebecca L. Cercone
Recruitment and Office Coordinator
Rebecca manages the logistics associated with on-campus interviewing, résumé collections, and job posting activities for the School of Management. She coordinates the daily operations of the CRC, manages the student staff, and serves as the CRC's primary point of contact for students, recruiters and faculty.
