Recruitment Options

Interview at the UB North Campus

Interview candidates for full-time or part-time opportunities or for paid internships using our CRC interview rooms located in the School of Management.

  • You request a new on-campus interview schedule and post your job description at least six weeks prior to the requested interview date
  • Résumés are collected through our online system and a reminder e-mail is sent to you advising when you can log in and begin selecting students to interview
  • Students that have been selected by you sign-up through our online system for a time slot on your interview schedule
  • On-campus interviews are held and any follow-up interviews are arranged by your organization

The recruitment season runs from October to November, and from late February to early April. To schedule on-campus interviews you can register for on-campus interviewing by logging into BizLink or contacting the recruitment coordinator at 716-645-3232. See our recruitment calendar for the appropriate schedule.

Interview at Your Company’s Site

Interview candidates for full-time or part-time opportunities or for paid internships at your own facility. Log in to BizLink and request a new on-campus interview schedule. Select résumé collect as your OCR model. You can post your full-time, part-time or internship opportunity and attach it to this schedule. Résumés are collected through our online system and a reminder e-mail is sent to you once the résumé due date is over. You would then select the candidates you want to interview and schedule your own interviews with candidates.

Access More Experienced Candidates

If you are seeking candidates with more experience than new graduates, you can post an opportunity on the alumni section of our Web site.

Search Résumés

Search for candidate résumés online based on job function (finance, marketing, etc.). We recommend you utilize this service along with other recruitment methods.  To search student résumés log on to BizLink.
