web site of Professor Brian E. Becker.
By way of a brief biography, I joined the School
of Management faculty in 1977 after receiving my
Ph.D from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
My research interests have evolved over the
years and currently focus on the intersection of
HR and organizational strategy. I also regularly
teach a course on Negotiations in several of the
School's MBA programs. I served as department
chairman for more than a decade, and am
currently the Senior Associate Dean.
