The mission of Center for Relationship Marketing is to conduct scholarly research to identify marketing strategies to enhance corporate profitably through superior relationships with customers. To achieve this, the Center employs the power of super computing, the latest developments in computer technology, management information systems, and the Internet. We develop and apply new methods and tools to help enterprises create and capture values in the market place

Established with the help of a Faculty Development Grant awarded to Dr. Isaac Ehrlich (a faculty member in the School of Management and Department of Economics) by the New York Office of Science, Technology, and Academic Research (NYSTAR)
