Background

After a broad career in law, academia and labor relations, Argentine worked in senior-level human resources positions at Bureau Veritas and Rich Products, two large global organizations. In those roles, she served as a thought-partner to senior leadership teams as they articulated and executed strategy. In addition to her strategy work, she has led HR teams in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and led the design and development of extensive people processes, including performance management, engagement, top talent identification and development, leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits.

As executive in residence for the School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE), Argentine brings the depth and breadth of her practitioner experience to CLOE direction and projects. In keeping with the mission of CLOE, she blends academic and practitioner perspectives to help create more effective leaders and organizations.

In addition to her role at the School of Management, Argentine runs a consulting practice focused on strategic planning, strategic execution and executive coaching, as well as select human resource and technology projects.
