Background

Professor Salamone's interests are in human resources management, industrial relations and entrepreneurship. He has received numerous awards for excellence in teaching, and he is very active in the school's executive education programs. He is faculty advisor to our student chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management(which has repeatedly received national recognition for its activities and achievements) and Students In Free Enterprise. Salamone's courses are competency based and integrate Web-based applications to create a virtual learning environment.
