Everest has nearly 30 years experience in multinational organizations, with significant experience in vice president roles in international human resources. Everest owns a consulting business that focuses on strategic planning, organizational change, team building, performance management, executive coaching, organizational assessment and leadership development. As part of his current teaching at UB, Everest leads an MBA consulting course where teams of students work with executive clients on real-world issues at their companies. He also works with the School of Management’s Center for Executive Development, leading customized training programs for corporate clients. His community service is currently in the form of membership of the Board of Child and Adolescent Treatment Services, a local children’s mental health agency.
