Background

Dr. Foster's interests focus on labor relations and collective bargaining. He is an active mediator and arbitrator of labor disputes. Dr. Foster is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo and he chairs its Labor Relations Committee. Dr. Foster is active in the University's Honors Program.
