Background
Dr. Dick's research interests center on the application of consumer behavior phenomenon to marketing strategy. He conducts research on consumer inference making, customer loyalty, and the marketing of private label brands. His research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Product and Brand Management, and the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior. Dr. Dick is active in the Association for Consumer Research, and he assists the Williamsville School District in designing promotional campaigns.
