 Vita

Professor Cohen specializes in taxation. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is director of the School's MS in Accounting Program, a member of the MBA Committee, and is active in profesional and community associations. Profesor Cohen chairs a joint program between the University at Buffalo and the New York State Society of CPAs "Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession" designed to interest minority students in accounting careers.
