Leadership Coaching for Individuals

Strengthen your leadership skills and improve effectiveness with one-on-one, online coaching tailored to your needs.

Leadership Coaching is a process that enables learning, growth and development through a one-on-one relationship between a leadership coach and anyone intending to enhance or improve their leadership skills. This is done by creating a safe space to gain greater self-awareness and understanding of others.

You will be matched with one of our CLOE leadership specialists to begin the coaching process, build an effective working relationship and identify your leadership strengths and needs.

We use assessment data to customize coaching, create a leadership development plan and support your growth as a leader.

Meet your leadership coach for a minimum of six, one-hour sessions on a mutually agreed date and time. Now offered virtually.

If you are a UB Executive MBA alumnus, you may be eligible for five free hours of CLOE leadership coaching.
