The Leadership Accelerator Program draws on UB’s renowned faculty, scholars and experts to provide you with cutting-edge research and exercises that build more advanced leadership competencies. You will meet one-on-one with an executive coach at a mutually agreed upon time in between sessions. Your coach will help you apply your classroom learning to create a personalized leadership development plan.
