Anderson has had a long career in the fields of accounting and human resource-related issues, and in that time has gained strong experience in business mediation, manpower forecasting, recruitment and leadership training. In her current teaching at the School of Management, she works with MBA students to assess and improve their key managerial competencies, and teaches both graduate and undergraduate students in other human resource and accounting courses.
