In addition to being associate dean and academic director, Frank has also been a professor in all three MBA programs. Although he claims "life is too easy," his Computer Modeling course can be a worthwhile challenge.
As assistant dean, Courtney oversees everything in the Center for Executive Development. You can also find her teaching the Emotional Intelligence course for EMBA students. The best way to reach her is email – day and night.

As program assistant, Cindy takes care of all correspondence, meetings and event planning for the Center for Executive Development and the assistant dean in particular. Call her with any questions regarding payments, RSVPs or to inquire about a program; she’s always here to help.
Carrie Auwater
Student Services and Communications Coordinator
As the newest staff member, Carrie will be providing a range of student services and coordinating many of the communications that come from the CED. She will act as an academic advisor for students in the EMBA and PMBA programs and will be responsible for creating deliverable schedules for students when needed by the faculty. She will also be responsible for the management of UBLearns for both programs.
Maggie coordinates and executes the custom and open enrollment, non-credit bearing programs, such as: the Tax Institute program, the Tax Practitioner program, the GMAT Prep Course, the Project Management Certificate program, the Supervisory Skills Certificate program, the Accounting and Finance Certificate program, and the Mergers and Acquisitions Certificate program. She is in charge of ordering all materials for the EMBA and PMBA programs. She maintains the Center for Executive Development portion of the website. An excellent eye for detail, she is intrinsic to the CED top performance standards.

As our graduate assistant, the primary focus is on our Executive MBA Program. This position is the liaison between our students and faculty, assisting with several of our administrative operations.

This role in the office is to assist in technical questions, which include UB Learns and other applications used by the university. They also helps process applications for incoming students.
