About the Instructors

The Foundations of Operations Management certificate program is taught by two leading executives with more than 45 years of experience in the operations management and learning and development fields. The instructors have managed multiple operations in the financial services industry, in addition to creating several training programs specific to the development of operations management acumen. The method of instruction is heavily weighted towards the use of real-world examples and tools to complement course concepts to ensure participants can apply learned skills in any operational environment.
