Access to the resources of the University at Buffalo School of ManagementIf appropriate, we will use resources available at the School of Management to gather information and as a venue to present potential projects that you may wish to complete with the assistance of School of Management students (market research, human resource projects, etc.). Real-world business reactorsRespected executives from the business community will serve as real-world business reactors, providing you with professional guidance during your two business sessions. Advisory boardYour classmates and reactors will function as a “board of advisors.” Their role is to provide guidance throughout the year and during your two business clinic sessions. You will continue to be the recipient of the priceless CEL experience; surrounded by like-minded business people with whom you can discuss business issues confidentially, and who are willing to give you unbiased feedback, direction and advice. Monthly Coaching Check-inOne-on-one coaching will help you and your business clarify goals and develop a plan of action to achieve these goals. Monthly coaching check-ins will provide the essential information, assistance, support and encouragement you need. "Deep Dive" Quarterly Speaker SeriesThis intensive speaker series is designed to provide in-depth information on various business topics. Presented by seasoned Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership trainers, the series will assist you in developing solutions for your most challenging issues and complex projects. GraduationThe program is a certificate-based program. You will receive a certificate from the University at Buffalo School of Management upon completion of the program. In recognition of your significant achievements, a formal ceremony will be held. |
