After you've been accepted to take non-matriculated courses, what's next?
Find your UB Person Number (student ID number) and UBITName by logging into your application and checking the status tab (typically two days after acceptance). Your person number will be required on many forms at UB.
Course selection and registration
After all holds on student accounts are cleared, including immunization holds pending paperwork showing current immunizations, spring students will be registered for open electives in the order in which they complete their course selection forms.
The spring course selection form needs to be filled out and emailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org; then we will register you for your spring 2019 classes.
Review the Student Health Services website and complete the required immunizations forms. Returning UB students must call Heath Services at 716-829-3316 to verify your records are in compliance. You will not be registered until these are complete.
Activate your email account
We will notify you via email when your registration is complete.
Your professors will only contact you using your UB email, so check it daily or have your UB emails forwarded to you.
Connect to the UB wireless system.
Many classes will use UBLearns to post course materials.
