Building a Career Plan

The best career plans are designed in three steps – knowing yourself, knowing your options and then taking action. We will be breaking down these three steps in two free webinar sessions.

Part one of the series, which aired on March 9, focused on the "Know Yourself" portion of your career management. Courtney Walsh, assistant dean of executive education, discussed how identifying your strengths and preferences is essential for being successful, how to define your "non-negotiables" and how to communicate your value and find the perfect culture in which to work.

Part two will focus on “knowing your options and taking action."

  • What does it mean to be in “permanent beta?”
  • Who is your “professional wing person?”
  • How to showcase your skills in your current environment

When you register for the second part of the webinar series, we will send you the recording from part one.
