M&T employees must validate their employment status via an email from their employee email account at the start of each semester. Employees that leave employment of M&T while taking courses at UB will not be granted this tuition discount for future courses. Students in these programs will be eligible for these discounts as long as the agreement remains in place between UB and M&T and the student is employed by M&T.
"I chose UB’s EMBA program due to the flexible and convenient schedule it offers as well as the level of professional experience of the class. The format has allowed me to pursue my MBA while working full time and still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Everything I learned in the classroom on Friday and Saturday, I was then able to apply it at work first thing Monday morning. It has been very rewarding for me personally and has given me the confidence to take on more leadership roles within my organization."
