A. Panasci Jr. Technology Entrepreneurship Competition
Requirements
and Submission of the Business Plan
- Business
plans must be for a seed, start-up or early stage venture and must address
the entire business concept.
- Proposals
for grants, non-profits, buy-out or expansion of an existing company,
subsidiaries and research projects are not eligible.
- The
business MUST NOT have generated operational revenues prior to January
1, 2007.
- Business
plans are limited to 25 pages text (typed and double-spaced). Appropriate
appendices may follow but will be limited to 15 pages. Business plans
over these limits will not be accepted.
- Seven
(7) copies of the business plan and signed terms of agreement are due
to:

no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 21, 2008.
- The
University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership will keep
on file two copies of business plans from the winning and runners-up
teams for students to review in future competitions. These plans will
not be removed from the center's office at the Jacobs Executive Development
Center in downtown Buffalo.
- From
December 18-21, 2007, students will have an opportunity to visit the
Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership's office to review past business
plan submissions.
