Henry A. Panasci Jr. Technology Entrepreneurship Competition

The Competition - Final Round
(If Your Team Is Selected)

  • All finalists will be required to attend a mandatory presentation skills class on Wednesday, April 9, 2008.
  • All team members are required to attend the dry-run presentation of their business plan/model April 14, 2008 at the Jacobs Executive Development Center. All team members are required to arrive at the Center by 3:00 p.m.
  • All teams must submit a copy of their final presentation in PowerPoint format to the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, via e-mail mgt-cel@buffalo.edu , by midnight on April 22, 2008.
  • Teams must use PowerPoint for their presentations.
  • Teams may not observe other team presentations or question and answer sessions until after they have presented their own plan.
  • All team members are required to attend the final presentation and judging competition at the Jacobs Executive Development Center on April 23, 2008. All team members are required to arrive at the center by 3 p.m.
  • Team presenter(s) of the business plan MUST be UB students or recent graduates.
  • Each team will be given 10 minutes to present its business plan followed by a 10-minute question and answer session between the presenting team and the judges.
  • The oral presentations and question/answer sessions are open to the public. This session may be broadcast to interested persons through media, which may include radio, television and newspaper. Any data or information discussed at this public session by entrants should be considered information that could possibly enter the public realm and entrants should not assume any right of confidentiality in any data or information discussed or presented at this session.
